Campolieti Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore
The name Campolieti means “Happy Field” and refers to the vineyards from which this excellent wine is produced, and also to the joyous reaction of the many loyal Luigi Righetti customers upon their first taste.

The grapes are carefully picked during the harvest in September and undergo a temperature-controlled fermentation for 8/10 days. In January/February the wine undergoes the _Ripasso_ Method, on the skins used to make the Amarone.
