Selected Grillo and Viognier are vinified and matured separately. Once blended, the wine is matured an additional 4 months in stainless steel and then bottle refined for 4 months.
Aroma & Flavor
Intense nose of tropical fruit and jasmine unites with delicate notes of peach, apricot and citrus, accented by hints of wildflowers and fresh honey. Elegant, rich white with a powerful nose that is complemented by vanilla undertones.
80% Grillo - 20% Viognier
Seafood appetizers, pasta dishes with fish or white meat, grilled fish and medium aged cheese.
