Valsaia is the result of a desire to create a new quality wine representing local tradition.
Rosso del Veneto IGT
The grapes are dried slightly on wooden grates before being pressed. Fermentation then takes place in small barrels at controlled temperatures. After being purified, it is aged in small barrels for at least one year.
Aroma & Flavor
Ripe fruit aromas with sweet vanilla undertones. Extremely rich flavors, long smooth finish and lingering aftertaste. Well balanced with good acidity and sweet oak.
40% Cabernet Sauvignon - 50% Corvina - 10% Sangiovese
Complements steak or pork roasts, hearty pastas and seasonal cheeses.
